Our brand is recognised in the PBSA sector as a leading boutique developer with a flair for interior design and a passion for innovating service through technology and student experience. We are launching two buildings in 2019, in Cardiff and Hatfield irrespectively. 2021 will see a further 2 openings in Swansea and Sheffield. We are currently actively pursuing international expansion opportunities.

This role will be based at our Head Office in Farringdon. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative and full of personality!


  1. Diary Management for the Operations Director
  2. Support the team/department’s effectiveness by ensuring there is a highly effective level of administrative support to the team and its clients
  3. Be accountable for a broad range of activities from basic administrative tasks, to problem solving and query handling, through to actively contributing to projects within the team.
  4. Effectively provide professional administration support to the Leaders/Managers/Department as necessary.
  5. Establish, maintain and develop as appropriate efficient office and administration systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times
  6. Responsible for managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, organising events, booking travel, hotels and couriers
  7. Administer and minute key meetings, including the management of meetings rooms
  8. Collate and produce high standard documents for a variety of forums including team and management meetings, other meetings, reports and publications.
  9. Run reports as required and assist with the administration and co-ordination of departmental reports.
  10. Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project co-ordination, research, presentation and communication support and day-to-day operational activities.
  11. Be a reference point on purchasing, administrative, training and financial matters.
  12. Responsible for purchasing office supplies and sundry items required by the management team.
  13. Welcoming meeting, greeting and settling of guests.
  14. Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the leaders/managers in the team
  15. Create and maintain any filing and database systems, carrying out regular reviews to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these

  • Highly organised and efficient.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of working in a student accommodation or youth marketing role advantageous.
  • Ability to present written information clearly & logically.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise work appropriately and juggle a busy workload.
  • Ability to adapt to change and respond positively to new challenges.
