The Brow Studio is a beauty salon in Swansea specialising in bespoke brow and lash services. In this Q&A we asked owner Jade Dickerson what the driving force was behind her starting The Brow Studio, and how she overcomes setbacks. Here’s what she had to say…
Tell us about your business.
At the Brow Studio we create beautiful bespoke brows in a relaxed and empowering environment. Situated in the heart of Swansea, we have completed a broad range of high quality training and we offer an extensive service menu. We are specialists in the brow and lash field, we provide exemplary service and results.
What was the driving force behind your business?
The sheer love for all things brows. We love what we do and the clients we get to meet daily. As we expand our knowledge, our passion for the business grows stronger.
What are your core business values?
We aim to empower the women of Swansea with beautiful brows at affordable prices. It’s not just about the service, it’s also about the experience, we want you leaving confident and relaxed ready to take on the world.
How do you overcome setbacks?
We are a strong duo! Best friends bouncing off of each other is a unique force – we always have each others backs. We provide a strong support for each other when things get tough.
If you had one piece of advice for students setting out their own business what would it be?
Feel the fear and do it anyway! It’s always a scary place, no matter how experienced you are. You learn and grow daily within a business. Sometimes you fly, sometimes you fall. Embrace every step, it’s worth the effort.

Building and retaining a strong loyal customer base, we are always extremely grateful to every client who supports us on our journey.
