The first 20 customers who book a room for the 2025/26 academic year at Fusion Nottingham property between 12:00pm GMT (‘noon’) on 24th January 2025 and 23:59pm GMT on 28th February 2025 or until all the discounts have been claimed, whichever is earlier (‘Offer Period’), will receive a £250 rent discount, subject to these terms and conditions. 

  1. This offer is open to new customers only. Individuals who are currently living in a Fusion Student property during the 2024/25 academic year are not eligible for this offer.
  2. There are only 20 rent discounts available.
  3. To qualify a customer must:
    1. complete a room booking for the 2025/26 academic year at Fusion Nottingham during the Offer Period for a minimum tenancy period of 44 weeks; and
    2. enter the code “NOTTS250” in their booking application; and
    3. be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2025/26 tenancy period; and
    4. be undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2025/26 academic year; and
    5. check-in to Fusion Nottingham at the start of the 2025/26 tenancy; and
    6. pay all rent instalments due and any other outstanding amounts/fees owed to Fusion Students under their 2025/26 tenancy agreement; and
    7. not give notice to cancel their 2025/26 tenancy agreement. For a booking to complete the customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Fusion Students 2025/26 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any), their guarantor must have signed and returned the guarantee agreement and any applicable cooling off period must have expired without the customer giving notice of cancellation. Internet access is required. 
  4. Rooms are subject to availability.
  5. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a room booking for the 2025/26 academic year.
  6. This offer excludes: (i) bookings for the 2025/26 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement and (ii) customers who currently have a tenancy agreement with a Fusion Students property for the 2024/25 academic year.
  7. The rent discount will be applied as a credit to the qualifying customer’s account with Fusion Student and will be deducted from the final rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2025/26 tenancy agreement. If the rent discount exceeds the amount of the final rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2025/26 tenancy agreement then the balance will be deducted from the previous rent instalment. No cash or gift card alternative is available. 
  8. Only one rent discount per qualifying customer is permitted. The rent discount is personal to the qualifying customer and is non-transferable. Customers in dual occupancy rooms are entitled to one rent discount only.
  9. If a customer doesn’t check in to the property at the start of their 2025/26 tenancy they will forfeit entitlement to the rent discount and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under their tenancy agreement.
  10. If a customer doesn’t pay all rent instalments due and any other outstanding amounts/fees owed to Fusion Student under their 2025/26 tenancy agreement they will forfeit entitlement to the rent discount and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under their tenancy agreement.
  11. If a customer cancels their 2025/26 tenancy agreement during the tenancy period they will forfeit entitlement to the rent discount and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under their tenancy agreement.
  12. Fusion Students accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  13. This offer can be applied in conjunction with the Refer a Friend offer but cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  14. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  15. Fusion Student reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.

UCAS Campaign Promotion – Free Laundry

  1. This competition is only open to existing residents who will be making a booking for AY2526, received the UCAS email campaign promotion on 28 January 2025 and quote the code LAUNDRY25 to a Fusion Students sales representative
  2. The voucher is a £300 Wash Station Laundry prepaid card.
  3. This cannot be combined with any other offer or semester lets and may be withdrawn at any time. Valid on a limited number of bookings only. When the maximum number of incentives has been reached, the offer will be withdrawn. Purchase is necessary
  4. Bookings must be completed by 23:59 28th February
  5. Pre-loaded credit laundry cards with £300 credit will be distributed when bookers have signed their contract, paid first rent instalment and moved into the property to the email address given upon booking.   • What is included in my rent?

    Your rent covers all utility bills, access to our premium amenity spaces, curated events, 24/7 reception and customer service, and onsite maintenance.
    Please note: TV licence is not included.

  • How secure is the accommodation?

    We prioritise your safety with 24/7 reception coverage, CCTV monitoring, and secure key fob access throughout the building.

  • Can I choose who I live with?

    Absolutely! You can book as a group. Take advantage of our Refer a Friend scheme. Simply contact our lettings team to arrange your booking.

  • What if I need to cancel my booking?

    You can cancel within 7 days prior to 1st August or within 24 hours after that. We also offer a ‘No Visa, No Pay’ policy for international students.

  • What events do you organise for residents?

    Our events are carefully curated to enrich your experience and are designed with wellbeing in mind. Residents can also suggest activities, creating a community-led calendar of extensive events throughout the year.

  • Is there maintenance support on site?

    Yes, we have dedicated onsite maintenance support. You can report any issues directly through the Fusion app for prompt assistance.

  • How can I book?

    You can book directly with Fusion Students. Our lettings team is here to assist you if needed, or if you’ve already decided on your room, you can book via our website.

  • Do I need a guarantor?

    A UK-based guarantor is only required if you choose to pay in instalments. If you don’t have a UK-based guarantor, we offer a guarantor service.

  • Do you charge a deposit?

    We do not charge a deposit. However, residents are still liable for any damages. When booking your room, an Advance Rent payment is required, which is a pre-payment £500.
