Finding suitable student accommodation can be an important process for parents – as well as for the students themselves. We’ve outlined a few key pieces of information to help make the decision-making process that little bit easier.



To make everything as simple as possible for our students, our bills are all-inclusive. This covers rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, in-room contents insurance, as well as support from our onsite concierge and maintenance team when necessary. What’s more, all the events we host onsite are all completely free for Fusion students.

We know how important it is for students to be safe and secure while away from home. All our students are given entry fobs, giving them access to the main building and their own rooms. Our onsite security team are also present on a 24/7 basis, and CCTV is in continuous operation across the building.


For many, student life is a big change, and can take some getting used to. We host a variety of social events that cater to all tastes and interests, bringing people together and sparking friendships. Our friendly staff are available at all hours of the day to offer support, pastoral care or simply to have a chat with students as and when they need someone to talk to.
