Luna Student Accommodation is now operated by CRM Students Limited.
What does this mean if I’ve booked with Fusion?
We want to reassure you that this change will not have a significant impact on your day-to-day life as a resident at Luna. The Management team currently in the building will remain and will continue to be your first point of contact for any and all of your needs. The facilities you expect will also be the same and will be ready for you to enjoy from the moment you have settled into your new home.
Your AST and guarantor agreement remain in place and unchanged.
If you are currently researching accommodation and are interested in booking at Luna, please go to the CRM website.
All communications about your tenancy and any pre-arrival information will be sent from CRM moving forwards.
Fusion Students no longer have any ownership or responsibility for Luna. Any queries should be directed to the on-site Management team and it will be handled in the most appropriate way.
Who is the new owner of the building?
The new owner of Fusion Hatfield Hotels Limited (the company name of Luna) is Lone Star. If you are a resident of the building either currently or in the future, your AST and any official documents will remain in place and unchanged.
Who is the new Operator of the building?
Fusion has handed over operations of the building to CRM Students Ltd which has been appointed as the new Operator.
