This is an excellent opportunity to join the marketing team of Fusion Students.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Manager will be responsible for overseeing the brands reputation online in line with the marketing, media and lettings strategies across Fusion Students portfolio.

KEY SKILLS

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have a minimum of 4 years digital marketing experience working as part of a commercially focused marketing team for a B2C organisation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work with stakeholders to create a social media and digital strategy that collaborates with Marketing, PR and advertising campaigns.
  2. Manage the creation of engaging and professional visuals and content for web that reflect the brand strategy including but not limited to – customised social media pages (eg. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), engaging HTML email templates, online advertising and website banners.
  3. Manage in-house databases: planning, implementing and tracking all in-house email campaigns using Dotmailer, MailChimp or a similar EMS (Email Marketing Solution).
  4. Oversee our appointed digital agency and manage our PPC budget appropriately.
  5. Write annual digital marketing plans alongside the Head of Marketing.
  6. Plan and coordinate all digital media alongside the Brand Manager, oversee digital advertiser relations and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  7. Manage the CMS and all content updates across the corporate, customer-facing websites and tenant’s portal.
  8. Write monthly website analytical reports to include reporting on the effectiveness of all web campaigns and social media.
  9. Ensure all web portal listings are in line with brand requirements. Including managing any approved lettings agent partner’s web requirements.
  10. Scope, oversee and project manage all new digital projects including;
    a. All changes to our corporate and customer websites.
    b. Track the status of timings, key milestones, budgets, resourcing etc. at all times.
  11. Monitor social media sites for customer service opportunities and initiate and manage conversations.
  12. Contribute expertise in online engagement and public outreach to influence brand’s overall corporate and brand strategy.
  13. Create engaging branded content.

KEY CAPABILITIES

  • Utilise expertise acquired through a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in varied digital roles with dynamic content.
  • Express a passion for working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
  • Proven record for optimising advertising campaigns and measuring ROI
  • Experience in working on HTML5 projects including online advertising and website builds
  • Meticulous, analytical attention to detail and the ability to work independently and enhance the digital offering of the brand.
  • A results-driven individual, with a proven ability to effectively brief and manage agency and other partners.
  • Experience with optimising the user experience of an e-commerce business
  • Deadline driven with high levels of self-motivation
